UFFDA Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (can use thighs too)
UFFDA Shake
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBS minced garlic
8 ounces mozzarella cheese slices
1 Jar of UFFDA Mary-Nara sauce ( see recipe)
Fresh Basil
Pasta of your choosing
*Cornflakes or gluten free breadcrumbs can be used for a gluten free option
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Season Chicken with UFFDA Shake
Whisk 2 eggs in small bowl. Mix together breadcrumbs & 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese in another bowl
Heat olive oil in oven safe skillet over med heat. Add garlic and saute for 2-3 min
Dredge chicken in eggs and then Parmesan mixture. Add each chicken breast to oil/garlic mixture
Cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Remove chicken
Add 1/2 jar of Mary-Nara sauce to the bottom of skillet
Add chicken back to skillet. Top with additional sauce and mozzarella cheese, and remaining parmesan cheese
Bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and cheese is bubbly
Top with fresh basil
Serve over pasta

Ingredients

UFFDA Chicken Parm
Spaghetti Sauce
Pizza Sauce
Dipping sauce with Crusty Bread
4 TBS Olive oil
6 cloves of garlic, minced
28 oz of tomato sauce
32 oz of UFFDA Juice
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
1 TBS Oregano
1 TBS Basil
1/2 TSP sugar
1/2 TSP onion powder
Directions
Add oil and garlic to saucepan and saute until fragrant, 2-3 minutes
Add garlic and all other ingredients to crockpot cook on low heat for 4-6 hrs
